📦 How do you ship orders?
We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada for $16 CAD on orders under $150.
Orders over $150 CAD ship free!
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
🛻 Do you offer local pickup?
Yes!
If you're located near Nelson, Crescent Valley, or Castlegar, BC, you can select Local Pickup at checkout for free.
We’ll reach out within 1–2 business days after your order to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.
Please wait for our confirmation before arriving.
📬 When will I receive my order?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary by region, but typically take 3–7 business days within Canada after shipping.
🔄 Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Because our products are handmade in small batches with natural ingredients, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
That said, if there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we want you to be happy and will do our best to make it right. 🌿
🌸 Do you use essential oils or artificial fragrances?
Our products are formulated with a focus on purity and skin nourishment.
We use carefully sourced organic whole food extracts — some wild-harvested right here in the Kootenays — to impart a natural scent whenever possible.
A small number of our products include organic or wild-harvested essential oils.
We never use artificial fragrances of any kind.
