By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All of our products are handmade in small batches, using natural and carefully sourced ingredients. We do our best to describe each item clearly and accurately, and ask that you read ingredient lists before purchase, especially if you have sensitivities or allergies.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
We do not offer returns, but if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at devon@kootenaytallowbar.ca and we’ll do our best to make it right.
