Because our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We want you to love your Kootenay Tallow Bar experience - so if there’s an issue with your order (such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item), please reach out to us at devon@kootenaytallowbar.ca within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
